APPLICATIONS

Todas las ventas realizadas por BART S.r.l a sus clientes extranjeros están sujetas a estos términos y condiciones. La aceptación del comprador se da mediante la emisión de la orden de compra a BART. All sales made by BART S.r.l to its foreign customers are subject to these terms and conditions. Purchaser's acceptance is given issuing the purchase order to BART.

DELIVERY TERMS

La fecha de entrega indicada en la factura proforma no constituye un compromiso absoluto. Cualquier retraso no dará derecho a cancelar o reducir el pedido ni a reclamar daños. SHIPPING

Todas las ventas son EXW desde el punto de envío del vendedor, salvo que se indique lo contrario. SAMPLES

Cualquier muestra, con aprobación técnica y/o comercial, se considerará para su evaluación. Los costes de envío y devolución corren por cuenta del cliente. BILLING

BART S.r.l. emite una factura por cada envío. Para países europeos el importe mínimo es de 100,00 EUR (si es inferior, se aplican 15,00 EUR). Para países fuera de Europa el mínimo es 300,00 EUR (si es inferior, se aplican 30,00 EUR). BART S.r.l. issue shipping invoices for any shipments. For EUROPEAN country minimun amount is 100,00 EUR per shipment (If less 15,00 Eur fee). Non-European country minimum amount is 300,00 EUR (If less 30.00 Eur fee)

WARRANTY

La garantía comienza en la fecha de compra. Su duración es la exigida por la ley. Queda anulada si: el producto ha sido manipulado; se ha usado incorrectamente o no se ajusta a las especificaciones; o si no puede identificarse como proveniente de BART S.r.l. CLAIM AND RETURNS

En los ocho (8) días posteriores a la recepción de la mercancía, el comprador deberá comunicar por escrito (info@bart-e.com) cualquier reclamación. Deberá conservar la mercancía hasta nuevas instrucciones. No se aceptan devoluciones ni cancelaciones de productos personalizados. Todo retorno no autorizado será rechazado. CERTIFICATES

PAYMENT

The total credit amount our bank receive must be same of invoice amount. No surcharge from your or other intermediary bank is accepted.

PRICES

Prices are always confirmed until the order will be delivered.

GOVERNING LAW

All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this order or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Italy, in particular to the Milan's Court.
